Getting started

I've decided to set up a blog to track my explorations and experiences in Tasmania. I fly to Hobart on September 8, and will be there until the new year. I'll be keeping field notes, and will derive the blog from them. I hope to track my own learning of the place, and through the blog my friends can peer over my shoulder and share my discoveries.
